Google Duo is a great tool that I use to talk to my Apple iOS and Android OS family and friends. It’s how I first was introduced to my niece Evie, and I love it. I mean I have written about it before, but today I have some fun new news!
Duo has an awesome new feature that I will be using to annoy, I mean inform, my friends and family.
Introducing 30 second video messages! If someone you Duo misses or declines the call, you can leave a 30 second video or voice message. Like with all our video/voice messaging, you can rerecord until you get that perfect look, and send it to them in the Duo App!
If you get a message, simply Open Duo and click their icon. Duo will prompt you after the message to “Call now,” so you can call them back.
Video messages automatically disappear within a day after you first watch them, but you can favorite them locally to your phone. Here is Google’s info on it.
Android and iOS are getting this update today and will be live worldwide within a few days. So go out and send your best moments via video messaging!
